Powered by a Qualcomm SM8550-AB Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Octa-core CPU and Adreno 740 GPU, the Meizu 20 Pro offers 12GB of RAM. It runs on Android 13 with Flyme 10 and provides internal storage options of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB without external memory support.

The triple rear camera setup includes a 50MP wide lens, a 50MP telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultrawide lens. Camera features include HDR, autofocus, touch to focus, panorama, continuous shooting, digital zoom, auto flash, LED flash, face detection, exposure compensation, and ISO control. Video recording is supported at 8K 30 FPS and 4K 30 FPS. The front camera is a 32MP wide lens with HDR and screen flash, supporting 1080p 30 FPS video recording.

The phone features stereo speakers, lacks a 3.5mm port and FM radio support. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 а/b/g/n/ac/6e/7 (tri-band), Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C.
